- Our products are bound by the Manufacturers Warranty period. This is typically 3 to 12 Months in Duration. Please contact us if you wish to know the Warranty Period for a specific manufacturer.
- If your product malfunctions within the Warranty period please contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before returning it to us. The RMA number must be displayed clearly on the items postal packaging. Please include original packaging and a copy of the original purchase invoice.
- No financial reimbursement is applicable on warranty items.
- In the circumstance your product is DOA (Dead on Arrival). Simply contact us within 7 days and we will organise a replacement to be resent ASAP.
- At all times the customer is responsible for costs associated with returning products to us.
- We at Extreme Torches are here to help you. If you are unsure which product best suits your requirements please send us an email or give us a call before purchasing. We will not issue a refund simply for “Change of minds” however if you have a compelling reason, please contact us and we will sort something out.
- Shipping cost or any financial charges are non refundable
- We DO NOT offer 'instant' replacement or 'advance' replacement, Turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the distributors we do our best to speed up the process of warranty returns provided all products returned meet the warranty terms and conditions.
- If goods received are not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, do not open any packaging or use as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for return.
